Los Gatos, Ca (July 26, 2010) — Last week, BayTSP's Board of Directors appointed Stuart Rosove as CEO of the Company, succeeding founder Mark Ishikawa. Ishikawa continues to serve as a Director.

"The Company appreciates Mark's work and contributions made over the last 10 years and recognizes that his entrepreneurial drive and spirit put BayTSP at the forefront of the industry," said Larry Hootnick, Chairman. The Board was unanimous in its decision to recruit a new leader to take the Company to the next level.

"Stuart's background and record of success in digital media and security made him a natural candidate," said Hootnick. “The Board supports his vision for strengthening the Company's core competence and expanding to new, but related markets domestically and internationally while maintaining our reputation of excellence in customer service.”
